Many people think they do not have any investments. They consider that it is just stocks and shares, a second home or antiques that are investments and nothing they have could be considered to be.

However, you could have something worth quite a bit of money. You car registration could be worth a lot of money to someone.

If you have ever bought private number plates, then you will know how much each of these can cost. If not, then it is a good time to start looking. Some plates are not worth more than a few hundred pounds, but if you have one with a sought after name or initials on it, then it could be worth thousands.

There are many websites which sell registrations plates and even ones where you can sell your own on there. So why not take a look and see if you can calculate how much yours is worth and you could cash in. Or you could change your registration to a more valuable one as it would be more likely to be worth more in the future.

If you are not sure, then just take a look at the website selling them. It can be a lot of fun taking a look at the variety of registrations available and seeing whether there are any there that you want and how much they cost. There may be one there that you have always wanted or it may give you ideas as to ones you might like. You may even decide to treat yourself to one, as an investment, of course!
